Help

Answers to the questions we get most. If yours is not here, write to us and a person will reply.

Contact us: support@dramahaus.app. Tell us your app version, your device, and the name of the drama or episode if the problem is about playback. We usually reply within two working days.

Account and sign-in

Do I need an account to watch?

No. Free episodes play without an account. Signing in keeps your progress, your library and what you own across devices, and is required to buy coins, unlock episodes or subscribe.

How do I sign in?

Use Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google, or your email address. With email we send a six-digit code that is valid for a few minutes. There is no password.

My code did not arrive

Check your spam folder, confirm the address you typed, and wait a minute before asking for another code. If a code says it has expired, request a new one: codes are short-lived on purpose.

Will I lose what I watched as a guest?

No. The first time you sign in on that device, your guest history is merged into your account.

Watching

An episode will not play

Check your connection, then close and reopen the app. If it still fails, the episode may be temporarily unavailable in your region or being re-encoded. Write to us with the drama name and episode number.

Subtitles and speed

Open the settings control on the player to turn subtitles on or off and to change playback speed. Your choice carries over to the next episode.

A drama disappeared from the app

Titles are licensed for limited periods and by country, so a drama can leave the catalogue or be unavailable where you are. Episodes you unlocked with coins remain in your library for as long as the drama is on the Service.

Why can my friend see a drama that I cannot?

Licences differ by country. The catalogue follows the country you are connecting from.

Coins and unlocking

How do coins work?

Buy a coin pack, then spend coins to unlock locked episodes. The price of an episode is shown before you unlock it. An unlocked episode stays unlocked on your account and can be rewatched on any device you sign in to.

Are coins refundable?

Coins are spent when you unlock an episode and are not refundable. Refunds for a coin pack itself are handled by the App Store or Google Play. See the Terms of Service.

My coins are missing after reinstalling

Sign in with the same account you used before, then tap Restore purchases in the coins screen. Coins belong to your account, not your device.

Premium

What does Premium include?

Access to episodes included in Premium for as long as your subscription is active, on a monthly or yearly plan. New subscribers may be offered an introductory price on the monthly plan; the price and the period are shown before you confirm.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are billed by the store you bought them from, so cancel there, at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

I was charged after cancelling

A cancellation less than 24 hours before renewal may not stop that renewal. Request a refund from Apple or Google Play, which handle all refunds.

Settings

Changing what I see

The maturity setting in the app decides whether General, Teen or Mature dramas appear. Mature content asks you to confirm before it is shown. Regional restrictions still apply.

Changing the language

The app follows the language you set for it in your phone’s settings. It is available in English and Vietnamese.

Privacy and your data

How do I delete my account?

Email support@dramahaus.app with the subject “Delete my account”, from the address linked to your account. We delete your watch history, library, preferences and sign-in details. Coins and unlocked episodes are lost and cannot be restored. Cancel any active subscription at the store first, otherwise it keeps billing.

How do I get a copy of my data?

Ask at the same address and we will send you a copy of the personal information we hold. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of your rights.

The apps

Why is the Android app called Ishort?

On Google Play the app is published as Ishort. It is the same service, the same account and the same catalogue as DramaHaus on iOS.

Reporting a problem

The support option in the app opens an email with your app version and device already filled in, which saves a round trip. You can also write to support@dramahaus.app directly.
